Therapy & Psychoeducation:

Psychoeducation works alongside our individual therapy sessions. It has been designed to equip participants with the tools to manage whatever life throws at them.

As part of our 8 week course, our wellness sessions include:

Wellness Screening

Wellness screenings identify potential health issues and provide each participant an in-depth and comprehensive insight to take steps towards bringing their body back into balance.

Sound Baths

 A sound bath is a meditative practice incorporating music and sound. Said to encourage deep healing and balance on a physical and spiritual level, sound bathing is typically used as a way of managing anxiety by soothing the nervous system. It works by allowing true relaxation in a calming and comfortable environment, facilitated by the healing vibrations of sound.

Suicide Awareness training

Free to anyone interested in learning more about the impact of suicide and how we can help others who are experiencing suicidal thoughts.

Loss and Grief Workshop

To help people cope with grief through gaining a better understanding of its impact. Learning about the effects of grief can offer support in navigating experiences and grieving processes.

We are committed to removing the stigma around mental health. By looking at the whole picture of mental, physical and emotional well-being, we help people and communities boost their mental health and happiness.
