For more than 10 years, Paul has worked as a Health & Fitness Instructor and has held director roles at two different fitness companies since 2013. He specialises in personal training, sports performance, and promoting mental health through fitness. With a proven track record of developing effective fitness programmes, Paul is dedicated to helping clients reach their goals both physically and mentally.
